1. Agreement
By accessing or using Excelevate's website, services, or automation systems, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
Excelevate offers:
- Automation system design
- AI agents
- Dashboards & analytics
- Website development
- Consulting & strategy
All scope of work will be defined in a proposal or contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information
- Provide required assets, access, and approvals
- Comply with payment terms
- Ensure their own data is lawful and authorized
Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
- Payments are due as stated on invoices
- Upfront payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated services
5. Intellectual Property
- Excelevate retains rights to internal tools, frameworks, and generic code
- Clients own the delivered assets defined in the project scope
- AI automations may include licensed components from third-party platforms
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
Excelevate is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Business interruptions
- Third-party integration outages
- Misuse of delivered systems
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
8. Support & Maintenance
Support is included only if explicitly stated (e.g., retainer).
Otherwise, additional work is billed separately.
9. Termination
Both parties may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Delivered work and paid fees remain non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law unless stated otherwise.
